About Me

Our coaching system uses a 3 legged stool approach to helping our clients; Life, Business and Relationships. If one leg is affected the whole stool will be shaky.

Our meeting will consist of the following:

• Learning your goals
• Talking about your past
• Understanding your needs to achieve your goals
• Identifying current resources for your life.
• Talking about your life experiences; your business experiences; relationship experiences.

Based on your goals we will create a custom plan for you to follow.
Coaching sessions can be weekly, monthly, or quarterly all based on your needs. Coaching session normally last at least an hour and can go longer based on the goals and needs of each individual.

The world revolves around relationships and when understand how relationships are designed to work life can be more fulfilling. The way a door hangs in the door frame is a relationship. The relationship is held together by the hinge. Some hinges swing inward and some swing outward but if you don't understand the way the hinge swings the door won't open.
