About Me

I am a Board Certified as a Master Coach, a Master Hypnotherapist, and a Master NLP Practitioner by the International Board of Coaches and Practitioners.
For my specialties the cost is closer to my highest rate per hour, but the changes are massive. This is where I bring all of my skills to bear in order to help blast through all obstacles and really transform your life. These are also done over a much shorter timeframe than normal coaching. Where standard coaching is done as 30 or 45 minute sessions over 6 to 12 months, these programs are designed to be done much quicker.
For couples the time needed is around 8-10 hours (longer if there are kids involved) and we typically schedule this for a single day, or at most two.
For introverts I will work with you over a few sessions of about 2 hours each. The total length depends on what all you want to change beyond just not feeling drained.
Life coaching is always about helping the client to work through problems from an outside perspective and is never supposed to include directing the client in a specific direction, so I can do life coaching in literally any area. For this I focus on the structure of success and resolving common minor problems, not on the details of how to get there.
Strange as it may seem, this is actually the best way to coach. Any attempt from a coach to direct a client is never as good as asking the right questions to have the client figure things out themselves. This is based on the fact that you already have all the resources inside of yourself to resolve your problems and our job is to simply help you pull them out. Any coach offering advice is really consulting, so make they are qualified to do so. Of course, life coaching will also be my lowest rate listed.
