About Me

In my approach to executive coaching, I support client's development on three distinct levels: personal, interpersonal and systemic. The focus of our work, of course, depends on the client's situation: the challenges faced and the desired goals. Working at personal level implies supporting client's insights around leader identity, regaining motivation for leadership, own leadership values, leadership purpose. At interpersonal level, it means working on essential leadership competencies when interacting with others, such as emotional and social intelligence, in order to become more resonant and inspirational for people he/she is leading. Finally, the systemic level implies development of leader's systemic intelligence, allowing better understanding of needs and challenges in the system (organization or company) that they are leading. Systemic work also implies working on strategies how to make a whole-system shift, when the organization got stuck and in need for transformation.
