About Me

Having acquired an MSc in Investment & Finance (Middlesex University, UK), I experienced Investment Banking and Consulting.

I have since found my passion for helping individuals and organizations achieve their desired results through the Integrative Coaching Mechanism.

I have helped individuals and organizations overcome their limitations and I have seen the wonders of Coaching and Behavioural Change at work.

I use a combination of tools {Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), Design Thinking (DT), etc} to help my clients achieve excellent results.

I collaborate with my clients, holding them accountable and helping them see the outcome they truly desire. Mastery is not achieved in a day, therefore I help my clients take consistent steps towards the achievement of their goals.

Every journey requires clarity, soundness of mind and balanced emotional states to complete: I help my clients to achieve this through the removal of mental blocks, limiting/self-sabotaging beliefs, and other associated impediments that prevent their inner power from manifesting.
