You've found your way here, and that’s just the beginning! As a registered nurse for more than fifteen years, I've come to realize that nothing is more important than your health and wellbeing.

After caring for thousands of patients suffering from often preventable conditions, and from the experience of facing my own health struggles, I chose to transform my nursing practice to be more in alignment with my passions to help clients at a deeply preventative level.

The coaching process isn’t magic, even though it feels that way at times! It’s about changing your brain, using tools to build resiliency, getting to know your self deeply, starting where you are and continuing to take action. Taking advantage of the brain’s ability to constantly adapt can shift how you show up in the world. This process will change your future!
