About Me

As someone who has experienced family problems, loss, and trauma, I am dedicated to working with woman and couples that encourages a shift in how clients think, feel and behave. I help clients find their spark and confidence. Maybe you’re feeling directionless, or going through a change. Perhaps you just want to do something new in your life but don’t know where to start. I want to walk beside you on this journey.

I offer life coaching and consulting. I specialize in relationship work, self-esteem and individual person centered work. I have extensive experience working with body image struggles, self-confidence, self-love, and couples. My style identifies connections between emotions, behavior, and outcomes.

Positive change is possible for everyone. Self-understanding, well-being and a positive sense of accomplishment are the essential foundations of living your best life. I am encouraging, nurturing, and direct with my clients.
