About Me
When I was a trainer (fifteen years) my passion was the "AH-HA" moment where a student suddenly understood what before was impossible to grasp. I got that once for each student in each classroom... As a coach, I get that with EVERY client and I couldn't be happier that I chose to leave my chalk and chalkboard behind.
My clients are STUCK, reacting to life instead of living it, uncertain of their forward path, unhappy with staying still and ready to move on, and often feeling afraid to step on that path because they might make a mistake. I use transitional coaching focusing on the internal thoughts and perceptions that create stories. I strongly encourage journaling, but no "dear diaries..." Together, we craft the hero of your story, design life on your terms and learn how to look in a mirror and finally see the BEST version of yourself looking back.
As a trainer and business analyst for over fifteen years, I was absolutely PASSIONATE about workforce engagement, leadership development and HUMANITY in the office. Now that I have coaching tools, I realize it is the answer to most toxic workplace behavior. By developing leaders so they themselves start coaching, I believe I will transform businesses from boring to bustling, from toxic to terrific and from entropy to engagement. I am experienced as both a presenter, group coach, tandem coach, trainer and more.
Regardless of your specific case needs, I always put ICF ethical standards at the front of my business. That means that my clients SEE value or they get a refund. That means that I don't mentor, I COACH. I also have an obligation not to stick to therapy mode, constantly working over WHY and the PAST. Instead, we create a vivid action plan you can move forward with. It takes time, but even after the first session, the vast majority of my clients feel something within them shift. The best part of it is, it is a shift they WANT, NEED and DESIGN themselves.
