About Me

I empower my clients to see their greatness both at home and within the workplace. I enjoy working with millennial and Gen Z clients, in particular those of the LGBTQ+ community and/or nonprofit leaders.

Clients come to me when they feel stuck in their routines, stuck within their career, and stuck within their relationships. They may have lost sight of their goals or the path to achieve them, or may have even lost sight of who they are.

My approach uses gratitude and awareness of personal values to help clients create the lives they want to live, instead of the lives they just happened to fall into. I want to help you live as your authentic self, making the most of the short time we have in life.

I enjoy helping people identify their leadership styles and learn how to mesh who they are at their core with the leader they want to be. With over 16 years of fundraising and nonprofit leadership experience, I love helping other nonprofit professionals navigate the unique world of the nonprofit workplace. I am also passionate about LGBTQ+ issues and helping people within the community learn how to knock down barriers that often hold people back.

My practice, The Unstuck Co., is rooted in four values: kindness starts within; the power of connection to self and others; global citizenship; and the belief that life should be fun an that fun unlocks possibility.
