Life has given each one of us learned behaviors, some good, and some bad. These learned behaviors have a daily impact on how we engage with people, from the ones we love to complete strangers. One day I came across a man that asked me if I knew why I did the things that I did? He asked me if I had tried to change my behaviors but failed? He asked me if I wanted to learn why I failed in my attempts to change? He asked me if I was ready to change?

I went through his program and the result of my intentional decision to seek change, paid off huge for me. It was at that moment that I knew that I wanted to bring this opportunity for change to all who are seeking change for themselves. My coach saw the desire that I had to help others, he asked me if I would like to train to become a coach myself so that I could help others like he helped me. 5 years later I have helped dozens of men to find their why and give them the tools they need for their journey to change.
