As The Gen X Alchemist, I help Generation X fathers break free from the patterns they swore they’d never repeat. We grew up in a time where independence was survival, and emotions were buried. Our parents worked tirelessly to provide, sacrificing presence for provision. Now, as fathers, we’ve achieved the success they wanted for us, but we’re creating the same emotional distance we experienced as kids.
