About Me
Hi, I'm Danica and I'm excited to help you get from point A to point B. I love to create, empower, motivate, and connect. I've worked in the arts, foster care, businesses, schools, non-profits, and churches. These experiences have taught me that every situation is unique but none should be navigated alone. Together we will identify roadblocks and strategize how to move forward in challenging situations (work, relationships, mental health diagnosis, or otherwise). I have helped individuals navigate new leadership roles at work, new mental health diagnosis’s, new jobs, parenting challenges, relationship challenges and faith struggles. I specialize in facilitating discussions, trauma informed approach, management and implementation, active listening, data-driven decision-making, crisis intervention, empathetic listening, and collaboration. I get great joy in empowering those I work with and seeing them thrive! As a woman with later in life diagnosed ADHD, I can also help those navigating a new diagnosis, how to manage in this fast paced world along with empathy with any type of difference you are experiencing. I would be honored to serve you and champion you as you progress towards your goals!

In Business Coaching: Danica has a fresh perspective that I have been grateful for. I've experienced imposter syndrome in starting my own company. Danica gave me practical, actionable, and strategic advice for relating to new clients. Since putting her advice into practice, I have experienced some huge wins in my business. I'm grateful for her help. In Personal Coaching: In 2023 I was experiencing a difficult season in my personal life. I was going through several struggles in relationships with inlaws and other family members. I appreciate that Danica was empathetic to me AND the family members causing the issues. She helped me see their side and we strategized a helpful approach. The goal was to improve the relationship while also being able to say no. I'm grateful for her help and look forward to connecting with her when I experience future challenges.

Danica is super empathetic and intuitive and asks great questions that help you process through your situation in a fresh perspective. She is warm and easy to talk to. When I talked with her about relational and work stress, she helped me get a fresh take on the problems and how I could approach them in a new way that energized me to want to do my part better and stop worrying and feeling afraid of the unknown.

Danica pairs earnest empathy with custom creativity, rooted in her deep desire to help others. She has a gift of illuminating the path ahead, never letting you feel like you are alone in the journey. Working with Danica isn't only utilizing her strengths of imagination and vision casting; it's also gaining a friend who cares about your success like it was her own.

Danica is great! She is kind, caring, and wants to truly know you; not just put you to work. She can be a little disorganized at times but always helps you get the jobs done. Working with Danica is awesome because its working as a team. She teaches you things about yourself that you may not know or didn't realize. She helps you work alongside others and helps you be the best you.

I highly recommend Danica for any of your coaching needs. Danica helped me create my resume, navigate foster care and manage my kids needs. Danica is gifted in so many areas especially with professional and family needs.

Danica was instrumental in helping us ask the right questions to our teenager in order to help understand the depression and how to move forward. She also gave great input on parenting techniques and feedback on building a better relationship.

I knew Danica in a coaching-related role as a Kids Ministry intern for the church Kids Ministry that she oversaw. Throughout my experience as an intern Danica not only coached me through the responsibilities that interning entailed, but she also played a role in coaching me through whatever was going on in my life in general. I was in my senior year of college which obviously can be a very turbulent time, so I was immensely grateful for Danica's wisdom and insight that she was willing to share with me! She always pointed me to the Lord in what she shared and I know for a fact that my relationship with God, and my confidence in the path he is leading me, has been positively influenced through Danica's wisdom and coaching!
