We are Human Beings and it’s part of our journey to experience life and it's bumps. The art is to learn how to change your strategy, adjust the route where required with the aim to life in a balance way.

With focus on Personal Development and Change Management, together we define the best strategy and approach.Body, Mind and Emotional bodies when in balance allow us to life a happy, health and fulfilling life.

The techniques used are based in neuroscience, hands-on exercises and protocols that focus on psycho-sensorial and cognitive activation, thriving to bring you results without the need of being “re-traumatize”. Content Free sessions are also available – where non or very limited information is required to release traumas and blocks.

The only limit that exist is the one we set to ourselves. In our own mind.

I am a trained and certified OMNI Hypnosis, Hypnotherapist & Hypnocell, NLP Practitioner, Certified Havening Techniques Practitioner, TTT (Tapping Trauma Technique) and Reiki Licensed Practitioner. Sessions are online via Zoom and can be booked based in specific techniques or in a Coaching way where they are combined in the most effective way to meet your goal(s).
My purpose and mission is to enable empowerment within you.
Next to personal sessions I also provide group workshops focus on Stress, Wellbeing and Anxiety Management.
