I am a seasoned and veteran consultant, facilitator, and coach with a passion to help and partner with people and organizations to transform their lives, impact industries, improve profitability, while maximizing engagement. I strive to help leaders and teams build leadership capabilities and capacity to address and resolve the most challenging issues.

I have worked with brands such as Paradigm Shift, Leadership Consultancy, Compass Experience, and Chick-fil-A restaurant owners as well as worked for Fortune 1000 companies.

I am a thought leader, strategic thinker, solution finder, providing strategic advice and guidance to the client to improve, grow, and sustain a healthy and profitable company.

In addition to being a world-class consultant and coach, I have been Director of in academia, Senior leader in the corporate space, President of the Board of Directors, and VP of a non-profit organization.

I also served 22+ years in the United States Air Force as a C-130 Navigator retiring as senior officer with over 3200 flight hours where I travelled to 59 countries and all 50 states.
