I am Dahlia Sutrisno, an Executive Leadership coach, and I guide leaders on a daring path that defies our own prejudices and reshapes leadership confidently through authenticity in diversity.

More than 10 years of coaching. I have coached leaders from companies like IBM, Google, Salesforce, Palo Alto Networks, LinkedIn, Wells Fargo, Medical Doctors in hospitals and others across many industries.

I am a Gallup certified CliftonStrengths coach. This has been used by leaders like Mark Zuckerberg the CEO of Facebook and the famous author Arianna Huffington, Co-founder of Huffington Post and CEO of Thrive Global. It is also applied in Fortune 500 companies.

The methodology I apply is scientifically validated and proven, very objective and constructive. I love it because it supports me to remove biases in coaching.
