About Me

I love what I do, teaching, guiding, listening, witnessing, supporting others on their journey home. Most of all, I love seeing people thrive in their lives. I’ve spent most of my life working so that I would be right here with the embodied knowledge I have gained and can share with you. Here’s some of my training and experience:

I am a certified BBTRS Trauma Release System practitioner, which uses breath work, sound, movement, self massage, emotional release and meditation to bring healing for old traumas and habits. I am also a certified Integral Life Coach with many years’ experience working with clients. I also have ten years’ experience providing spiritual care and support for people in hospice. I also have several years experience as a meditation leader and teacher. I have Master’s degree in Divinity and I also have over ten years’ study and training in various forms of energy and somatic practices.
