About Me

I am a 28 year old Washington, DC native with a bachelor's degree in Psychology and a master’s degree in Forensic Psychology. I have over 5 years of educational training in relaxation/grounding techniques and mental health services. I served as an intern forensic counselor at a local detention facility where I provided individual and group counseling. Specifically, facilitating several personal and educational development groups.

I received my training from an ICF credentialed coach at the Life Purpose Institute (LPI) which is an ICF accredited program. The International Coach Federation (ICF) is the leading global organization governing the advancement of the coaching profession. On May 20, 2019, I was blessed to receive my certification as a Certified Life Coach (CLC) from LPI and also became an ICF member within the same month. Through completing the requirements for my certification, I was given the opportunity to coach myself through the process of starting my practice. The skills/tools have brought me more clarification and life satisfaction, and I am excited to have the privilege of using the same tools to help you on your journey.

As a holistic life coach & spiritual healer, I support women through their transformational healing journeys. Liberating them from stress and anxiety while helping them attain peace & balance through the practice of mindfulness and use of practical yet powerful spiritual tools. Overall, clients are encouraged to live a more positive, authentic & intentional lifestyle. With my support these women discover new ways of coping with stress and anxiety, allowing them to experience more joy and fulfillment. Ultimately, I uplift & empower my clients as they establish more purpose, passion and satisfaction into their life journeys.
