About Me

I am a Holistic Coach, Certified Clinical Heart-Centered Hypnotherapist and Past Life Regression Specialist. With a client-centered approach similar to guided visualization and meditation, these processes are for clients looking for even deeper understanding and insights into the source of the patterns, belief systems and coping skills developed from emotional woundings, trauma and codependency dynamics that developed during early childhood or beyond. This is also perfect for those that are interested in a holistic path that invites greater balance and wholeness emotionally, physically and spiritually.

I came to be a coach by first being a client, just like you! I’ll never forget the day nearly 10 years ago, when I surrendered away from the status quo and stepped forward, fully committing to change and making the promise to myself that I would do whatever it took to change my Life and the people that I attracted to it! I realized that the only way to change my Life’s experiences and find real happiness was to make change in myself, my coping skills and my perceptions. I knew I needed healing.
