As a former data-driven leader in the high tech sector, I believe measurability is key to the success of any coaching engagement. After 30+ years in Silicon Valley, I helped coach and guide my own senior leaders in their personal and professional development.

I have a passion for leadership, strategy, and continuous learning. I operate with a strong set of personal and professional values and look for those characteristics in my coaching clients as well.

While the tech sector has been much of my career, I also have hundreds of coaching hours in many verticals including Education, Retail, Transportation, Healthcare, Finance, and Bio-Pharm.

I have a doctorate in cognitive psychology and am a certified global team and individual coach using the Stakeholder Centered Coaching approach.
