About Me

With an extensive leadership experience in a multicultural business environment I can safely say, I've made almost all mistakes possible. When it comes to making sure that I end up all alone, overwhelmed with all the tasks and problems I got to the point when it affected my health and my personal life all together.

But I did learn to be better at it in time and I challenge you to do the same!

In our session we will address how you can:
- set clear boundaries
- communicating your needs clearly and precisely
- delegate/outsource what is not your task to do and take control over the ones that are
- find valuable resources around you that are now hidden because of all the noise surrounding you

My main area of expertise is in the corporate finance sector dealing with stakeholders all the time. This gives me a special view in leading a business from many points of view: business owners, leaders, employees, clients and vendors.
