About Me
I speak hard truths. The truths that you will help you grow, but you might not always want to hear. I've been told I have an old soul, the empathetic ear of a BFF, and that I'm not afraid to hold your hand to the flame. I have been guiding people through their career journeys and advising leaders at small businesses for more than 10 years.
My experiences span industry lines and have included technology and startups, non-profits, food and beverage, cosmetics, recruitment and more. Marketing, community management, sales and people operations have been my functional hats. I have played key hiring roles in companies such as Yelp, Toyota BC and digital agencies, and advised 25+ startups.
Now I spend my days working one-on-one with growth-geared entrepreneurs, team managers and individuals with a meaningful work mindset helping them discover their own fuel forward!
