About Me

Welcome to Element 6 Coaching! I offer a boutique coaching service that is tailored to the specific needs of each individual that I work with. I only work with a small number of clients at any given time to make sure that each person gets the individual support they deserve so that can get the results they want.

So, what's in this for you? As your coach, I am your partner and supporter throughout whatever challenge or transition that life is currently handing you. I will celebrate your successes, help you get back up from failures, and hold you accountable throughout our coaching relationship. I have a ton of resources and tools to help you get the best results possible, and if you need something that I don't have, I will find it or create it for you.

We'll start with a free discovery session. This allows us to spend some time together so you can decide if we're a good fit and if you would like us to keep working together. If you feel like you need something other than what I can offer or you just feel like we didn't connect, it's totally fine. There will never be any pressure to keep going if it's not a good fit.

If you're curious about me, I am a certified professional counsellor, a certified family and youth support worker, and a certified women's life coach.

I love the outdoors, chocolate, and reading books on every topic under the sun.

I love dogs. I want all of them.
