About Me

Too often, we find ourselves with big dreams and plans, only to get mired down from the lack of an attainable and purposeful plan. Life coaching and mentoring teaches us how to navigate the open waters of decision making and purposeful planning. I am a results-oriented coach, and I'm driven by the idea of creating new possibilities through experience and often adversity. My educational background in Psychology paired with dynamic experience in critically-involved positions in both the private and public sector has led to my desire and commitment to furthering my experience and utilizing expert mentoring and coaching skills to help you realize your life's plan. I believe Life Coaching bridges the gap between "thinking/feeling" and "doing". Having spent several years walking in that truth, I was encouraged by others to begin cultivating this career in order to reach people on a broader scale. That decision led me to realizing my calling and fulfilling my own purpose as a Professional Life Coach.
