Hi, I'm Courtney. I’m an experienced Leadership Coach with extensive background in Learning and Development, Talent Development and Business Management. I am a life-long learner and wildly passionate about authentic connection. I have a degree in business management and am a trained professional co-active coach. I use the theory, framework and methods from the Co-Active training institute. I believe self-knowledge and resilience are just as important to making your dreams a reality and creating the life you want. I adore the outdoors and am inspired by the earth.

When I'm not coaching, you'll find me outside: hiking in the mountains, swimming in a lake or finding a new glacier. My hearts purpose is being a mom and I have two adorable boys who bring joy and rawness to my world.

My dream is to create transformation, elevate the passion in you and hold you accountable to it. I dream to empower leaders, women, entrepreneurs, support mothers, coach executives to be widely powerful and dream big.
