About Me

Greetings. I am fairly new to coaching but have years of experience helping those in need. My background in Counseling Psychology, as well as my experience in dealing with a narcissistic ex, provides me with the skills needed to help individuals navigate through co-parenting with a narcissistic ex. I have dealt with one for the past 17 years and we share a young child. I have learned the do's and don'ts and how to establish firm boundaries in order to have peace of mind for myself and our daughter. It hasn't been easy but I found what works. I will be happy to share what I have learned along with the way with you.
I have a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology and also am a Certified Life Coach. I have worked in many settings including; mental health, dementia caregiving, homelessness, elderly, child protective services and HIV. Please allow me to work with you and I promise I will not disappoint.
