About Me

I’m passionate about empowering moms who’ve had C-sections to embrace emotional recovery, rediscover their confidence, and redefine motherhood on their own terms. After experiencing two C-sections and navigating postpartum depression and anxiety, I realized how vital emotional healing is in the recovery journey. This inspired me to create my unique approach, Write to Heal, which combines therapeutic writing, mindfulness practices, and emotional resilience techniques.

My coaching philosophy centers on authenticity and self-compassion. I believe healing is not a one-size-fits-all process—it’s deeply personal. Through intentional prompts, reflection, and open dialogue, I guide my clients to confront and release pent-up emotions, rebuild their courage, and embrace a renewed sense of self.

In addition to my personal journey, I’ve trained as a mindfulness practitioner and have professional experience in coaching, public speaking, and leadership development. My approach is grounded in a holistic view of well-being, addressing emotional, mental, and spiritual growth.
