SITUATION: Connie Rawson provided me with critically important executive coaching when Salesforce acquired my company. In addition to managing my existing team, I was asked to take responsibility for a similarly sized group of Salesforce professionals across the globe. Simultaneously, I had to learn about Salesforce culture, systems, and leadership expectations. GOAL: Provide strong leadership and guidance to my teams (old and new) as they were integrated and merged within Salesforce, and become effective as a new Salesforce executive responsible for consultative design services worldwide. OUTCOME: Connie provided critical guidance to me and other leaders on my team as we became effective contributors at Salesforce. The organization was integrated, extremely successfully and rapidly, when assessed using the objective metrics used by the Salesforce M&A Integration organization. Connie taught me how to navigate the complex Salesforce organization so that both my team and I could maximize our effectiveness. Connie provided a truly unique mix of education, encouragement, empathy, humor and direct feedback during and after the integration process. I unequivocally recommend Connie Rawson as a deeply experienced executive coach who can provide guidance during the most complex and sensitive career transitions, at companies large and small.

After many years working in education and non-profit, I obtained my master's degree in organizational leadership with the intent to move into an HR role in the tech industry. After working with Connie for four months, I landed a job at my target company. Connie was instrumental in building my confidence and challenging my limiting beliefs. She asked thought-provoking questions that helped me get out of my comfort zone. She supported my goals and was an accountability partner in achieving them. Connie was authentic, calm, and very approachable in her coaching delivery. I would highly recommend her as a coach to anyone going through a career transition.
