I'm Connie, a Certified Life Coach with a background in small business coaching. My journey through motherhood, self-reinvention, and personal challenges has shaped my identity and deepened my spiritual work. For nearly a decade, I've empowered clients to awaken their authentic selves and overcome obstacles.

My coaching approach integrates intuitive healing modalities to uncover and transform deep-seated blocks that hinder personal growth and emotional well-being. Beyond coaching, I'm actively involved in advocacy for family and domestic violence awareness. I support offender reform and rehabilitation, aiming to foster healing and successful reintegration. Recently, I completed a contract delivering psychoeducation programs for male offenders, including those with complex needs like ABI, ADHD, and addiction.

As a self-published author, I share my journey of healing and personal transformation. Formerly burdened by trauma, today I live a life of authenticity and balance. Coaching and writing are not just my passions; they are my calling. Inspired by my three adult children, I emphasize the importance of a supportive environment in personal growth.
