About Me

I began my career as an attorney and after a few pivots including substitute teaching and creating a library teen program, followed my passion for education and received my life coach training to as an academic life coach.
I have also received training to coach student-athletes and completed Gretchen Wegner's "The Art of Inspiring Students to Study Strategically."

Academic Life Coaching is the exploration of academic success with efficient study skills, time management, organization, self-advocacy, and communication combined with learning coaching concepts including planning, making decisions, motivation, personal leadership, growth mindset, mindfulness, and emotional intelligence.

I empower teens and young adults to understand how they learn, to study efficiently, to communicate effectively, to achieve their desired outcomes and to step into leadership in school, in athletics and in life.

I introduce parents to academic life coaching concepts so they can support their teens and achieve their own desired outcomes while modeling useful behaviors and strategies.
