About Me

My healthcare journey began as a provincially certified Dental Assistant, a role that allowed me to serve others and ignited my passion for Health & Wellness (HW). I then transitioned into the In-patient Unit Coordinator role at one of Canada's leading & busiest hospitals, where I served for nearly 20 years.

During the pandemic, I deepened my commitment to HW by pursuing a BSc in Healthcare Management. I founded Ebony Wholistic Healing (EWH) in June 2023, and have since become a certified Mindfulness Meditation practitioner and facilitator, and was recently accepted in Duke's Health & Well-Being Coaching Training (HWBCT) program.

Grounded in culture and guided by faith, EWH is Canada's premier Africentric Trauma-Informed Coaching & Wellness practice, providing culturally safe spaces for BAC people through specially crafted and curated services which cater to our specific needs and unique community challenges.
