I am an experienced Life Coach who can help shape your perspective into a healthy and productive one. Whether it’s your health, your career, your happiness, your relationships, or anything else that’s important to you, I’ll help you develop the habits and skills to effectively deal with the challenges and emotional moments you may encounter in life.

My journey to becoming a Life Coach happened organically. As a former employed professional with an MBA from the University of Phoenix, I worked in the health care sector for many years in Indianapolis, Indiana. I often found myself informally being in the role of a coach/advisor to my co-workers as they faced challenges on the job and with personal matters. I made the switch from employee to solopreneur after finally addressing my burning desire to become my own boss. This was my segway into my first experience with a professional coach. I met with a career coach, in person, for several weeks. I gained perspective and clarity which allowed me to establish a new trajectory and grow my confidence to take this big leap, in increments of course. Eventually, I earned my certification from Health Coach Institute in 2018.

Coaching worked so well for me because I had a specific desire with an attainable goal. I was determined and coachable. Notwithstanding, I did the personal work.

As a coaching professional, I bring my A-Game. When I am in a coaching session via phone call or live video connection, I am 100% present with my client. That means I clear out my mental/emotional clutter first before engaging with any clients.

With my coaching programs, I aim to provide ease, clarity and results. To work with me is to receive gentle guidance, accountability, and a trusted system to move you forward.
