About Me

My program will help you/your teen to grow confidence through improved communication and leadership. I will provide a safe space where you can express yourself, explore your needs and wishes, discover steps to strengthen your relationships and together, we will develop your family plan to achieve those goals you've always dreamed of. I have over 20 years of communications experience including 7 years of mentoring and coaching adults, young adults, and youth to gain confidence and achieve goals. My clients have said they felt empowered with their own voice and the ability to communicate effectively, to take ownership of the life they want and not only ask for what they want in life, but to make their dreams a reality. We had our teenage nephew, who has ADHD as well as high functioning autism, staying with us for a while as he has been struggling with following rules, putting priorities first while also taking them seriously and being responsible in order to grow up. Cindy has been amazing working with him on the struggles we have identified and after the second session he was very noticeable more respectful than he typically had been up to that point. He has been less argumentative, more willing to listen to what we have to say instead of cutting us off and has been more understanding as well as receptive to hearing what others have to say. He is all around more positive after starting his sessions with Cindy than he has been in a long time and looks forward to his sessions with her. Thank you so much Cindy for all your time, patience and the amazing work you have done to help us but especially our nephew out in ways we can not express enough have been life changing. If you want to see real results, I truly feel you cant go wrong having Cindy as your coach because she is fantastic!
