About Me
I am passionate about helping others overcome the challenges keeping them stuck – struggling with fear & self-doubt, procrastination, or perfectionism. I enjoy working with others to help them develop the courage, through self-love and small changes that will build confidence to take those first steps that will lead them to create a life they love!
I have worked with young professionals, new mom’s, those in career transitions and others who find themselves in need of a change to “pump-up” their life and create meaningful, joyful days.
I am greatly fulfilled in this work and it brings me joy to be part of someone’s life journey – to watch these transformations is truly an honor.

Cindy has been a game-changer for me. I initially reached out because I wanted some accountability working on personal projects as I took time off after leaving a challenging role. With her guidance, I was able to connect the dots between my many disjointed goals and the kind of job I wanted to find next. She inspired me to experiment with my dreams and vision for the future, which led to my first solo travel adventure in Costa Rica - a life-changing experience. After coming back from my Costa Rica adventure, I started my job search and found a new role at LinkedIn within three weeks! Throughout that time, Cindy was there every step of the way, helping me articulate the kind of job and environment I was looking for, and thinking through the type of opportunity that would meet my needs and fit my personality. She helped me think through several offers and pick the one that met my needs and goals the best. Once I started my new job, Cindy has continued to support me, meeting twice a week to help me plan and prioritize tasks or solutions to challenging situations. Over the last six months, Cindy has helped me - clarify my personal brand and how I want to present myself at work; acted as a sounding board for office dynamics and personalities - helped me define a plan for my first 100 days that will establish my contributions to the team - advised me on best practices for establishing and maintaining ownership over intellectual property and creative inventions - was a nonstop cheerleader, mentor, and coach when I needed it the most. We've been working together for almost half a year now, and I cannot wait to see all the fantastic things I will do with her help in 2020. Thank you, Cindy! I am so grateful that the internet brought us together. You are a nonstop blessing!

At the time of my life when I first started working with Cindy, I knew I wanted to make some drastic changes in my lifestyle. I just moved, I was exploring a career, and I was re-evaluating my everyday habits. Also, I was going through a breakup. Enter Cindy! We would chat and have coffee once or twice a week in the mornings. She offered a pragmatic and compassionate guidance that was easy to try out. Cindy approaches a problem not with a magnifying glass as to emphasize it, but with a gentle, practical curiosity and can-do attitude. She is well read and as it turns out has much world experience. I was inspired to become a more emotionally mature, put together version of myself. I love how Cindy would confirm our meetings before hand and would be great at communication. I would highly recommend Cindy to anyone looking to challenge their everyday habits or seeking to incorporate adventure into their lives, big or small.
