About Me

I’m Ciara and I am a Personal & Career Development Coach. I’ve lived and worked across the world, including London, Toronto, Barbados and Dublin. I’ve been fortunate to experience many different cultures and understand how they shape and influence us. I also have gained a deep understanding of the challenges we are faced with when transitioning into new roles & countries.

As a coach, I empower people through self discovery so that they can live their most authentic, brave and fulfilling lives.
