About Me

I've been a life coach for 5 years. I began my personal journey more than 15 years ago learning self empowerment tools from an interfaith church ministry in Virginia. I was ordained as an interfaith minister within the year. From there, I learned the powerful disciplines of yoga and meditation to further my education and training in personal development and empowerment. I believe a person must learn who they are at their core, and evolve from the inside out in order to accomplish any real and lasting change in their life. That is the goal of my coaching practice for all of my clients.
