About Me

Aren't you tired of just "eh" surviving life? Aren't you craving a joyful, healthy life? I believe "Living Life" is the only way we should go. Mental health, physical health, and emotional health are all linked together, and I can help you dive in and unpack your life to find and solve those pieces that don't belong.

My name is Chris, and I have many roles in life. I am a husband of 23yrs, a father of 4 (and 3 fur babies), and a grandfather to 4 fantastic granddaughters. Life constantly reminds me that nobody is perfect and that I must continually work on myself to be the best me possible. I want to help you be the best you possible.

Like everyone, I have a story. My story involves childhood trauma, constantly being the "new kid" in school, rebellious teenage years, teen parent, divorce, totally new family dynamic, poor work-life balance, restaurant management, truck driving, military service, and early retirement with physical ailments that I combat every day. That is a brief overview of my life sequence. There was much more, so imagine the experiences I bring along with a BS from Purdue University and an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University. My story shows I went from bad to good to great, and I want that for everyone.

My goal is to help others recognize and attack problems that interfere with self-love, loving others, and having a wonderful life. We cannot be true selves to our life partner(s), family, friends, and even our careers unless we care for ourselves first.

I have been a coach and mentor for over 15 years. I can and will help you through the obstacles you face and the things you don't meet. You have all the answers, and together, we will bring these out to aid your fulfillment, happiness, and perseverance. Life does not come with an instruction manual, so we must recognize this and create our own. Only you have the answers to your problems, and us working together, will dig in and find these answers, so let's work together and succeed!
