I've dedicated my career to helping new coaches successfully navigate their first year as a coach so they can make an impact in the lives they've set out to improve.

Too many coaches fail because they get stuck in all the "non-coaching" tasks associated with becoming a coach. Coach marketing, blogging for coaches, technology for coaches, and all other tasks new coaches have to do that takes time away from the time they can spend helping people.

I've created a web-based coaching curriculum that my clients can follow between sessions so for every hour they spend with me, they're spending 10 hours with me virtually.
