About Me

In a previous life before personal development work, I was once alone, unhappy, and unlucky in love. Then after some self-discovery and a few mindset changes, within weeks, I met my life partner, Scott, who I have been married to and in love with for over 20 years. I’ve learned A LOT in 20 years.

MY LIFE HAS LED ME TO BECOME A PROFESSIONAL COACH AND TO DO THIS EXTRAORDINARY WORK SO I CAN GUIDE AND TEACH PEOPLE LIKE YOU TO FIND AND KEEP A HEALTHY, LOVING RELATIONSHIP BECAUSE EVERY HUMAN DESERVES TO EXPERIENCE REAL LOVE IN THEIR LIFETIME.

I am a published author and have developed love and relationship programs that are authentic, real, raw, and results-driven. I am passionate about my work with a drive for personal development and self-actualization. I have developed a specific type of mindset coaching which allows me to go deeper with each client to uncover deep rooted blind spots. I have a way of intuitively and compassionately identifying mindset blocks and helping clients reframe limiting beliefs so they can let their guards down and let love in. I combine this with teaching, training, and re-educating clients with specific strategies to improve communication, connection, and commitment in romantic relationships.

I show people what it takes to be in love and stay in love with a life partner. My approach is warm, safe, supportive, challenging, insightful, and inspiring.
