FAMILY COACHING WITH A FOCUS ON POSITIVE BEHAVIOR BOUNDARIES & DEVELOPMENT

This is where Parent Empowerment Meets School Improvement with Our In-Home & At-School Behavior Bootcamp! If your child has an IEP, BIP, received a behavioral diagnosis or has been labeled as a "Behavior Problem" at school we can help. We take a collaborative approach to helping students and families in crisis, taking the time to work with the school, the family, and any therapy services the child is undergoing. Communication is key!

Our Family Coaching service is designed for our younger students experiencing behavioral challenges in and out of the classroom. We offer our elite, private tutoring combined with personalized behavior plans, yielding positive behavior changes both in school and at home. In addition to our regular subject tutoring services, we incorporate sensory supports to tutor children in: Executive Functions (organizational/time management/problem-solving skills), Taking Ownership & Responsibility for Their Actions, and The Hidden Curriculum, which are those social nuances that are difficult for some children to intuitively understand. A happier homelife and school experience is closer than you might think!

ABOUT ME:

Christine Terry believes that education in all its forms really does open doors bringing with it possibilities for gratifying change and personal fulfillment.

Christine holds a B.A. in Psychology from North Park University with relevant coursework in Child & Adolescent Psychology, Psychological Testing, and Experimental Design. She has subsequent training in ABA but embraces a combination of both ABA and CBT as the basis of her work with younger children in her Family Coaching and Tutoring practices. Christine is also a former professional nanny. Additionally, Christine obtained her J.D. and was recognized for her Human Rights efforts both in the US and abroad.
