About Me

I'm a coach, speaker, corporate trainer and facilitator specializing in the areas of emotional intelligence, personal development, leadership and management, interpersonal communication, relationship building and team development with a focus on emerging leaders, mid-level managers, and entrepreneurs in technical and professional-based industries.

Prior to moving into leadership coaching, training and development, I taught academic business courses for five years at MacEwan, Mount Royal, and Sheridan College with a focus on human resources, marketing, and entrepreneurship. My professional career includes management positions in the marketing, recruitment, and international sporting event industries. And my formal education includes a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Queen’s University.

Non-corporate me spends my time traveling (when it's safe again!), checking out music festivals, and being a tourist in her own city of Toronto with her amazing husband and incredible son and daughter by her side.
