I love the process of the human connection, of sharing stories and learning from new ideas. My own experiences through life situations, love stories, heartbreaks, and recovery from those heartbreaks have led me on a journey of learning that I wouldn't trade. I offer a blend of coaching aspects and counseling elements to find unique tools to sort out and improve personal and relationship issues. So what is the difference between counseling and coaching:
- coaching is a chance to learn more about what you want for yourself and your life. It is an opportunity to understand how you can better things for your future and achieve new goals.
- counseling involves more emotions and deeper feelings that help to explain why you want what you want, and how to improve the life that you picture.
Learn how to view your goals more objectively, improve communication skills for your relationships, and find refreshing perspectives for stagnant situations.

Each relationship has its unique challenges and strengths. Taking an objective look at your relationship can jump start the want to reduce dysfunctional behaviors, help you feel comfortable openly sharing your emotions, communicate more effectively, and emphasize what is already working.

I have a degree in Marriage and Family Therapy which helps me to help you. Using a blend of counseling elements and coaching techniques, we will work together to find the answers you are looking for, to find your better you.
