About Me

I'm a Board-Certified Family Law attorney in Texas who also works as a divorce coach for clients across the country. Over the years, I’ve seen a big disconnect between what the legal system offers and what people actually need to get through a divorce—especially when emotions are running high. Many clients don't just need legal answers—they need someone to help them stay grounded, think clearly, and make decisions that truly serve them and their families in the long run.

That’s where I come in.

One of my strengths is being able to empathize with what someone is going through while also offering calm, strategic guidance when emotions threaten to take over. I help clients slow down, refocus, and make decisions they can feel good about—not just in the moment, but for their future.

I also guide clients in how to communicate with their ex in a way that reduces conflict and, when applicable, supports their position in a divorce or custody case. While coaching is not legal advice, my background allows me to offer insight that’s both emotionally supportive and legally informed.

As a divorce coach, I help clients who are:
– Navigating a high-conflict or narcissistic ex
– Preparing to represent themselves in mediation or court
– Trying to co-parent without constant stress or reactivity
– Feeling emotionally flooded and unsure what to do next

I approach coaching the same way I approach legal strategy: with clarity, purpose, and deep respect for each person’s unique situation. My goal isn’t to tell you what to feel—it’s to help you find your footing, protect your peace, and move forward with a plan that fits you.
