About Me

Hi there, I'm Christianne, your heart-centered coach, devoted to helping individuals uncover their most AUTHENTIC selves.

If self-doubt has been holding you back and you find yourself stuck in the hamster wheel of overthinking, it's likely becasue you are looking outwards for answers. When decisions are made from a place of fear lack or comparison, life feels out of alignment, almost like we're wearing clothes that don't quite fit.

While many coaches focus on addressing these issues through thoughts, emotions, and mindset – and that's valuable – it's only half of the equation. Lasting change requires your BODY to also catch up with these new thoughts and feelings.

This is where my coaching approach stands out.

I prefer taking a "back door" approach to change, bypassing the typical cerebral lineup and tapping into the rich sensory information from your BODY. The goal is to FEEL more and overthink less.

For instance, have you ever noticed your stomach churning or your heart racing during important decisions? Those physical reactions are signals, urging you to pay attention.

Imagine what would change if you knew what those signals meant and you used them to make better, more informed, and more aligned decisions? Instead of merely thinking about the right answer, you can learn to FEEL it.

This dormant superpower is within us all, and uncovering it is the focus of MY coaching.

As a Certified Embodiment Coach, I merge mind AND body approaches to help you manage stress, enhance embodied awareness, and trust your intuition. This empowers you to take action from an authentic place of confidence, clarity, and ease.
