About Me

I am a PCC certified professional coach specializing in: building confidence, influence, career progression, time management, and stress management. My clients juggle a lot which can lead to overwhelm, stress, and feeling stuck & uncertain how to change the pattern. I leverage my 20+ yrs of HR experience working in corporate America, consulting firms, and start-up environments to help clients explore their challenges, identify obstacles, generate ideas, and implement steps to change. I create a safe space that my clients need to define their goals, build the roadmap, and take steps to make progress towards those goals. I ask powerful questions that enable clients to explore ideas and options that move them towards achieving their goals.

Working with me, clients: increase confidence and self-compassion, navigate influencing others, figure out what their ideal job looks like and take steps to move towards it, and identify what contributes to overwhelm and implement a plan that results in less stress and more calm.
