About Me

Hi! I'm Chloe Chan. I'm a hypnosis coach and neuroscience researcher at Harvard. I've worked with high performers and leaders from TikTok, Shopify, University of Toronto, Accenture, and more.

After losing my father to a rare brain illness and experiencing bed-ridden burnout, I found myself stuck in endless talk therapy, self-help content, and pushing through with willpower. Even though I had been a "human development" enthusiast for 14+ years and committed to get better, I found myself at a dead-end.

I then came across hypnosis and experienced profound transformation. Imagine what it was like when you first uncovered the power of ChatGPT, or when you used iPhone for the first time. That's what my experience felt like.. serious awe that I had no clue I needed. (My friends and family started noticing my shift, too!)

So I decided to leave my high-profile tech career at Shopify to pursue a journey of exploring the widely misunderstood power of hypnosis. I've trained with clinical psychologists, as well as the world's top teachers in the hypnotherapy field. My mission is modernize hypnosis so that it's accessible to everyone.

I use a neuroscience-backed, holistic approach in hypnotherapy to create sustainable change. Drawing from my neuroscience training at Harvard and Eastern mindfulness ethos/tools, I bring cutting-edge hypnosis techniques to help you unlock faster, lasting change.
