About Me

My journey began in Italy as a social educator in child protection, where I supported mothers in strengthening their parenting skills and building balanced, nurturing relationships with their children. Later, life took me to Portugal, where I became a mentor in unschooling projects, embracing alternative paths to learning and growth.

Two years ago, I felt a calling to expand my work, and I trained as a Professional Life Coach. Now, I guide women and teenagers through meaningful change, offering one-on-one online sessions to help them discover clarity and direction. Some clients come with a specific goal in mind; others simply feel the pull for "something different." I support them in exploring their present, gradually defining their aspirations, and crafting actionable steps forward.

I’m also deeply passionate about working with teenagers, a time of life that’s often turbulent but incredibly formative. I help them navigate this intense stage with enthusiasm and self-discovery, empowering them to make sense of the big feelings and rapid changes they experience.

Through all of my work, I bring a blend of empathy, encouragement, and structure, offering my hand and my enthusiasm for life.
