About Me

I am the Owner and Lead Life Coach of GOODLIFE!! Coaching. I have over fourteen years of experience in the Education field, eleven of those as a classroom teacher and the remainder serving as a Prevention & Intervention Specialist for Accomack County Public Schools. In this capacity, I focus my efforts on Anti-Bullying, Character Education, encouraging positive student-to-teacher relationships, mentoring At-Risk Youth, Truancy Prevention, and Threat Assessment. I'm also a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a member of the Black Life Coaches Network (BLC.net).

I am a 2001 graduate of Hampton University, have obtained a Master's Degree in Education Administration from Salisbury University, and earned my Coaching Certification from Academic Life Coaching Inc. I love to read self-help/leadership books and play video games with my son, Mason. I regularly volunteer my time with Youth Soccer as a Coach and serve as a Parent Leader for Cub Scout Pack 300 in Parksley, VA. I live on Virginia's Eastern Shore with my wife Nyoka and Mason.

I believe everyone wants to live an abundant life, full of health, wealth, and prosperity. Where some people have the knowledge, drive, and dedication to make this happen, others require guidance and someone to be accountable to. I feel that is where the Coach comes in. Having a coach doesn't mean that one is inept in how to live a good life. All it means is that they want to live a better life, and having someone to help you will shorten the learning curve.
