About Me

After almost five years working with coaches, I decided to become a coach myself. I was so inspired by the change they were helping people make in their lives that I knew this was the right next step for me. As a life coach, I partner with people to empower themselves to see their own greatness and to achieve life goals. Also, I work with teenagers to support them in optimizing their high school years so they are prepared for life after graduation - whether that is entering the workforce, military or college. Finally, I also work with people who are looking to better their relationships, whether that is with their significant other, their child, their parent(s), their boss or employee, etc., to ensure they get the most of out their relationship and they do not lose their identity in the process.
I received my training and certification from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC Coaching), which is an ICF accredited coach training school. Upon completing my training, I received two certifications, CPC (Certified Professional Coach) and ELI-MP (Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner).
