About Me

We offer individual and group life coaching that focuses on individual strengths to increase self-advocacy, self-regulation, and personal management skills and decrease anxiety and burnout. We also provide training and recommendations for individuals, families, and organizations who are looking to gain competency and insight in supporting and accommodating people with neurodivergent brains such as Autism, ADHD, OCD, and TBI.
Cheryl’s expertise provides something more than traditional therapy or life coaching can. As a veteran Special Education Teacher and Behavior Analyst with personal experience in the behavioral health field, Cheryl has developed a strengths-based, trauma-informed program to address the complex needs of neurodivergent individuals. Our methodologies offer a wide range of strategies for:
