About Me

I work with adult women who are seeking to heal their past and break free of the cycle of self doubt and criticism, women who want to cultivate healthy relationships with others and themselves. I began my own healing journey many years ago, which inspired me to become a Certified Life Coach and offer this gift of healing to my clients. I’m passionate about helping women transform their trauma, increase self confidence, and tap into inner resources to live life more fully.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor, hold a certificate from The Institute of Creative Mindfulness in Expressive Arts Therapy, Dancing Mindfulness Facilitator, Level 2 trained IFS (Internal Family Systems) Practitioner, and Certified Life Coach.

All this to say, I use my training and expertise to tailor sessions to each client’s unique needs. Nothing brings me greater joy in life than to see women embrace their authentic selves. I can’t wait to do this work with you!
