About Me

I’m Charlmayne & I help introverted women overcome codependency in their relationships by building their own self-esteem & confidence.

As an introvert myself, I know just how challenging it can be to find your voice, set boundaries, & to get out of your own head. Add a relationship to the mix and cue the codependency.

Those challenges are amplified when you don’t have the self-esteem & confidence in yourself to speak up, stand up, or show up for yourself.

I was the woman who lacked boundaries, had zero standards, couldn’t communicate my feelings, relied on my husband for my sense of worth, had no sense of who I was outside of my relationship, put myself on the back burner, & burned myself out trying to solve all of his problems even though he didn’t ask! I felt like if I wasn’t doing the most, then I was replaceable in the relationship.

I was completely codependent & didn’t even realize it. It all stemmed from my lack of self-esteem, confidence, & self-love. It took me yearssssssss to realize the issue & begin to work on myself, but it doesn’t have to take you as long.

That’s where I come in. In addition to holding you accountable, I‘ll teach you the skills and techniques that shifted me from an unconfident, overwhelmed, people-pleasing pushover to a confident woman with boundaries, standards, and a strong sense of self-worth. I think you deserve to make the shift too.
